You have to complete this step to earn the red chest. During the mission, you’ll have the optional step to find five intoxicated ratch livers. The third and final red chest in Athenas is behind the Holy Spirits side mission. Yes, it doesn’t look like your regular red chest, but there you have it. As you explore it with Maya, you’ll come across an Eridian Slab (a slab of rock with an intricate red symbol on it). The Anchorhold is a temple-like structure, with a huge, hooded, four-armed statue, so it’s hard to miss. As you go through, you’ll come across the Anchorhold area, which also comes with its own fast travel station. There’s another red chest hiding in the Impending Storm mission. Turn right and walk down the path, climb over yet another container, crouch under the pipe, and boom, there you are. Climb up them, and hop over to the narrow pathway.

In the east of the area where the chest is, there are three yellow containers stacked on each other two below, and one on top. The third chest is a tad more difficult to find. The red chest is in a small, red alcove in the north wall of the arena. After you kill the boss, make sure to comb through the arena thoroughly. The second chest is in the arena where you battle against Gigamind. The chest looks like a hoverboard, and it’s by the hole in the ground. Climb up the stairs and go into the hallway in the center.

From the place where you meet Zer0, go left into the large courtyard. The first one we’ll cover, the one on the left in the image above, is easy to find. You’ll gain access to the three Meridian Metroplex Red Chest locations as you push on through the Hostile Takeover mission. After going through the refugee camps with her, she’ll guide you towards an elevator that will take you to spillways.B元 Meridian Metroplex Red Chest Locations Map You will find this when you reach the end of Meridian Outskirts, and then you’ll follow Lorelei. When you’ve reached the end, you’ll find the Claptrap on a bug nest.įinding the Typhon Dead Drop can be a little bit hard as it is well hidden in a shaft of an elevator nearby the back center of the Outskirts region. Please make your way into the cave and go towards its very end. Reach to a narrow path and then head down from it until you spot a cave. To obtain it, you will have to leave from the Fast Travel Station and head east to make your way to Fort Piss Off. Here you’ll find a small cave in which you’ll see the Claptrap on a bug nest. You can find the Claptrap before entering the broader space of Meridian Outskirts. As you enter the tunnel, you’ll find the log situated near few cardboard boxes. To be precise, you’ll find the third Typhon log from the northeast of the Hijack Target and below the destroyed pieces of a bridge. I mentioned this one here since you will find it near the Hijack Target before entering the NOG Arena, right next to a few boxes. You’ll find black and yellow marks where you will have to climb up. There will be a truck on top of it jump onto the truck. There will be a bigger tower near the Crimson tower, right under a bridge. So in the same area as Crimson radio, you’ll find your hijack target. Go ahead and climb atop these boxes to deactivate the tower. Once you reach the area, you will see a radio tower at your first corner.

Head to the extensive area situated alongside the sewer underpass, which covers the back of the region. The only broadcast tower you will have to deactivate in the game is located in this Meridian Outskirts. You’ll find a small pillar, and under it, you will see the second Typhon Log. When you reach it, you’ll pretty much find it by looking at the damaged roads below.

Since it is located near where you’ve obtained the first log, you have to drive towards the tower. The tower is located in between the first main Spillways of the outskirts. The second Typhon log will be found somewhere in the middle of the destroyed tower. Look closely, and you will see the Typhon Log near a fence below the ledge. As you go up, look towards the right until you spot a bathroom and some railings at your front. Get on it and go up towards the camp while leaning/hanging with the elevator. To obtain the Typhon log, you will have to use the elevator below the outpost’s Southern side. When you first reach the Meridian Outskirts, you can find the log on the left towards the Fort Piss Off exit.
